Scott Taylor, from the Loch Rannoch Hotel kitchen team, is an exceptional fisherman with a very successful catch record over the past year from the local Rannoch lochs and rivers, including Salmon, Brown Trout and Pike up to around 18 lbs. His target is to land an elusive 25 lb Pike this season – tight lines Scott!
